The double room was spacious with a nice balcony, but the chair noise was annoying.

Well priced hotel with COOPERATIVE staff from the young male receptionist, everything was great. Reasonably large room with breakfast. Amazing location right on the Camino. Also - near good transport links to other areas, the rest of the town, and many attractions, shops, restaurants and good transport links to other areas.

The hotel has a great location right in the center of Barcelos. My room had a nice balcony view of the shopping center, pleasant for morning coffee. I appreciated the cleanliness of my room and the peaceful atmosphere. The staff were really accommodating. They even offered a discount for pilgrims like me. Unfortunately, the shower setup was not practical and led to flooding in the bathroom, causing some inconvenience . The breakfast could definitely use some improvement as well-it was decent but lacked variety. I also found the mattress to be a bit too firm for my liking, which impacted my comfort at night. The overall environment felt cute, and the staff's friendliness were good.

Easy to find ( plenty indications to where it's located), very friendly and cosy. Basically, it's one of the most functional hotels i've ever come to stay. Every time I go to that region that's the place to stay.

Positive, The staff was really good. My room was cool and comfortable on a hot day. I really enjoyed the cleanliness and the attractive marketplace view. The breakfast had a good variety, perfect before my day out 😊

Rooms need updating, but our Twin Room was clean and spacious. Great for a family stay near local attractions.

The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Unfortunately, my room showed distinct signs of wear and tear, with the shower being dysfunctional and flooding the bathroom floor instead of providing a pleasant experience. The air conditioning felt inadequate, leaving me uncomfortable during the hotter parts of the day. I also found the bed mattress to be too firm, impacting my overall comfort .

Our twin room was clean and the breakfast buffet offered a good variety. The staff's friendliness was a highlight, helping us navigate our plans effortlessly. Plus, the kids loved the communal areas.

The location was a major plus, with easy access to local restaurants and the old town. The staff demonstrated a high level of friendliness and support, assisting with everything from coffee before breakfast to storing backpacks during our excursions. The room needed significant improvements. Soundproofing was inadequate as I could easily hear neighboring guests, and the bathroom suffered from frequent flooding during showers. Breakfast was acceptable, though the orange juice was disappointing, being merely diluted squash. No additional amenities like a bar were noticeable either.
